– Juice of 1/2 a lime

– 1/2 cup cilantro, plus more to taste

– Tortilla chips or cheese nachos for serving

Directions:

1. Blend It Up: Toss the whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chopped onion, jalapeño, minced garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro into a food processor. Pulse it 10 to 15 times until the salsa reaches your preferred consistency. Grab a tortilla chip and taste it; adjust the seasonings if needed.
