Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled corn on the cob is a delightful summer treat. Here are two simple methods to prepare it:

1. Grilled with Husks:
   • Trim the silk off the tops of the corn.
   • Peel away the first layer of husks.
   • Grill over direct, medium-high heat until the husks are browned and slightly charred on all sides.
   • You can remove the husks completely or pull them back and tie them to use as a handle.
2. Grilled without Husks:
   • Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
   • Brush the corn with olive oil.
   • Grill over direct, medium-high heat until tender and slightly charred in spots on all sides.

Serve your grilled corn with butter, salt, and pepper.
